Another major cause of poaching is the 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 of wildlife products, such as 𝐢𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐲, which are seen as symbols of 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬 and 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡.
